1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Plymouth Waste Removals website and the waste removal services we provide. By using our website or booking a service, you agree to be bound by these terms. Plymouth Waste Removals is operated from 19 Ashford Crescent, Mannamead, Plymouth, PL3 5AB.

2. Our Services

We provide domestic and commercial waste removal, house clearances, garage clearances, garden waste removal, and appliance disposal across Plymouth and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and our assessment of the waste to be collected.

3. Quotes and Pricing

  • All quotes are provided free of charge and without obligation.
  • Quotes are based on the information you provide. If the actual volume or type of waste differs materially from what was described, we reserve the right to adjust the price before commencing work.
  • The price quoted is the price you pay — we do not add hidden fees or surcharges.
  • Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Bookings and Cancellations

  • Bookings are confirmed once we agree a date and time with you.
  • You may cancel or reschedule a booking free of charge by giving us at least 24 hours' notice.
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee at our discretion.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, adverse weather, or vehicle issues. In such cases, we will rearrange at the earliest opportunity.

5. Waste We Cannot Accept

We are unable to collect hazardous waste including but not limited to:

  • Asbestos or asbestos-containing materials
  • Clinical or medical waste
  • Explosives, ammunition, or fireworks
  • Solvents, pesticides, or toxic chemicals
  • Radioactive materials

If you are unsure whether your waste can be collected, please contact us before booking.

6. Access and Safety

You are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the waste for our team. This includes clearing pathways, securing pets, and informing us of any hazards at the collection site. We reserve the right to decline a collection if access is unsafe or if conditions differ materially from what was described.

7. Liability

  • We take every care when working on your property. However, we are not liable for damage to items you have asked us to remove.
  • Our liability for damage to your property during a collection is limited to the cost of the service provided.
  • We carry public liability insurance for your protection.
  • We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from incorrect information provided by you.

8. Licensing and Compliance

Plymouth Waste Removals is registered with the Environment Agency as an authorised waste carrier. All waste is disposed of at licensed facilities in full compliance with UK waste management regulations. We provide duty of care documentation for commercial waste collections as required by law.

9. Website Use
